We work so hard to make sure you get your Honeysticks in the best possible condition and as fast as possible. But we are human....

We work from 7am - 2pm NZST. We pride ourselves on being for family and we need to do the school run.... We will ship your order during these hours. If you have urgent requirements or want to do the school run for us them by all means get in touch - info@honeysticks.co.nz.

At checkout, you will be asked to enter the address we will ship your order to and select the destination country for shipment. The cost of shipment will be calculated based on this information and the weight of your order.

Soon after we have received your order we will pack it and from there, it’s just a short wait before your bike and/or gear will be in your hands.

We ship orders out daily with the exception of holidays and any weekend business closures by our shipping partners.

All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received.

While we generally expect any given order to be shipped out within 24 hours of fulfilment, there are cases where additional fulfilment time may be required. This would include but is not limited to: back-orders, custom or special orders, out of stock products, or International orders (which typically dispatch on one pre-set day per week).
